She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Bedford and Emma Josephine Bedford (Wakeley); her husband Lewis G. Hewitt; and her siblings, Laura Brenchley, Edna Brenchley, Harry Bedford, Kenneth Bedford and Olin Shaffer.

She is survived by: her children, David J. of Hillsgrove, Charles L. Hewitt of Hillsgrove and Lois J. Baker of Montgomery; and her grandson Jonathan L. Baker.

In Alberta's memory, memorial contributions may be made to the Loyalsock Baptist Church 107 Dunwoody Rd. Williamsport, PA 17701.
