She is survived by: her children, Mark Frain (Tammy) and Melinda Frain (Terry Beatty); her grandchildren, Debbie, Holly and Maranda Minto (Devin); and her siblings, Dee Hazlett, Shirley Thompson (Carl), Bob Hazlett (Jean) of Northfield, OH, Mack Hazlett (Patty) and Ed Hazlett. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
