He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Prokay and Margaret Cokley Prokay; his wife Emma J. Prokay; and his daughter Donna "Chrissy" Prokay. He is survived by: his children, Steven Prokay (Tina), Mark Prokay (Carol), Mike Prokay (Jane) and Tammy Bowser (Ron); his grandchildren, Tyler, Christopher, Ryan, Colton, Ethan, Ira and Shelby; his great grandchildren, Elsie, Ayla, Fable, Isaac, Nolan, Caleb and Jude; and his siblings, Emery, Richard and Betty.
