He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Guntrum and Violet Yaccino Guntrum. He is survived by: his wife Rita Sullivan; his children, Amy Hortert (Patrick) of Butler, Tammy Goas (Kristopher) of Parker and Chad Guntrum (Emily) of West Sunbury; his grandchildren, Chelsey Guntrum, Kayla Knox (Jarrod), Nikolas Goas (Alli), Brennan Zanella, Taylor Zanella (Katie), Craig and Shari Hortert; his great grandchildren, Riley, Reagan, Jameson Knox, Miles, Ava and Elise Goes; and his father-in-law James Sullivan of Hilliards.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials in his name to Good Samaritan Hospice-Concordia, 134 Marwood Rd., Cabot, Pa.16023.
