She is survived by: her husband David Shook; her sons, Kevin Shook (Angela) of Sharon and Dr. Ashely Shook (Beth) of Bellwood; her grandchildren, Hope and Holden Shook of Bellwood; and her siblings, Patsy Greenert (Clarence) of Eau Claire, Harvey and Gene Texter.
