Richard Kurek Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2020, at the age of 89, Richard Kurek of Hiller, Pennsylvania, born in Brownsville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kurek and Christina Kristoff Kurek; and his brother Eugene. He is survived by: his wife Janet Podlogar Kurek; his grandchildren, Eric Michalsky (Amanda), Jared Michalsky (Kimberly), Michael Michalsky (Michele), Kelsey Despot, Emily Despot and Nicholas Despot; and his great grandchildren, George, Aubrie, Oakley and Liberty.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like to ask everyone to pursue a random act of kindness to someone, especially the elderly.
