She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic T. Savona and Jean Gower Savona; and her son Joseph Samol. She is survived by: her husband Dave Samol; her son Justin Samol; and her sisters, Patty Jellots and Joan Trbovich (Joseph Savona "Tracy"). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, several great nieces and nephews.
