He is survived by: his wife Ruth M. Mahoney Rapp; his children, Karl J. Rapp of Harrisburg, Stephanie Rapp of Queens, NY, Daneen M. Henneman of Steelton and Dianna L. Henneman; his grandchildren, Aunya M. Simms of Steelton, Lonnae A. Rawls and Christyan Carter; his great grandchildren, Mayanna Burton and Abrielle R. Horne; and his siblings, Richard Rapp of Florida, Michael Cobaugh of Tampa, FL., Michelle Rapp of Indiana and Nava Jo Rapp of Indiana.
