He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Howell and Betty A. Howell (Snyder). He is survived by: his sons, Jason E. (Danielle N.) and Brian E. (Charity L.); his grandchildren, Michael, Nathaniel, Madelinn, Brian Jr., Robert and Taylor; and his siblings, Sherri Strohecker of Duncannon and Scott Howell of Perdix. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
