He is survived by: his wife Joanne Gassert (Kamplin); his children, Joe Gassert (Melissa), Kristen Gassert and Lauren Gassert; his grandchildren, Tyquan Gassert, Destiney Gassert, Kayleigh Pressley, Amarie Pressley, Kayonna Gassert and Issabela Gassert; and his siblings, Brenda Elofsky and Lee Spalding. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
