He is survived by: his parents, Susan Hyde (late Lloyd) and Gregory Kelly (Ellen); his wife Janelle Ross Kelly; his children, Gwendolyn and James Kelly; his siblings, Stacy Schmitz and Heather Kelly Clarey (Shayne); and his children, Peanut, Butters and Jackie.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made directly to the family for his children's college fund.
