She is survived by: her sons, Greogory Kotyk (Tammy) of Washington, Kerry Kotyk (Barbara) of Lawrenceville, GA, Thomas Kotyk of Hickory and Todd Kotyk (Lynn Duda) of Hickory; her grandson Allen Gregory Kotyk; and her siblings, Henry Cole and Shirley Peterson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
