He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Obenour and Kathleen McCusker Obenour; his siblings, Wayne Obenour, Joy Willard and Elizabeth Phillips; and his grandchild Taylor Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Brigich Obenour; his children, Joseph Obenour (Stephanie) of Cuddy, Caitie Obenour (Robert Miller) of Washington, Jeannie Ruston (Ron) of Edmonds and Nancy Davis of Tulsa, Arizona; his sisters, Joan Stein (Robert) of McMurray and Gertrude Ellenberger (Walt) of Haymarket, Virginia; his sister-in-law Patty Obenour of Canonsburg; and his grandchildren, Johnny Obenour, Brett Rustin, Mindi Price, Shelli Davis and Jacob Welsh. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
