She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harry Wilson and Rebecca Cox Wilson; her husband Robert Weber Jr.; her children, Thomas L. Weber (Renee) of Steubenville, OH, Cynthia Hayhurst (James) of Wheeling, WV, Donna Vogel of Portsmouth, VA and David Weber (Lori) of Midway; and her siblings, Harry, John Paul Wilson and Dorothy James. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contribution to the charity of one's choice.
