He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter and Catherine; and his brother Ed. He is survived by: his children, Diane, Dr. Michael (Rachelle), Thomas (Tana), Kathleen (Ted), Donna, Susan (Thomas) and Stephen (Tracy). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

“To Frank's family......we were so sorry to hear of your father's passing. I met him while working on the Hickory Bicentennial Committee in the '90's. Whenever I would see him in Hickory he always would stop & talk! What an artist!!! Wherever I was & saw prints, I could always pick out his drawings!!! Such a unique technique!! I was blessed to have known him!! Much sympathy......Jim & Barb Lorch”
