He is survived by: his wife Barbara Brezinski Wudkwych; his sons, Jeffrey (Pam) and Frank, Jr. (Michele); his grandchildren, Jessica, Jenna LaVecchia, Brittanie (Corey Franz), Brian Wudkwych (Chasady), Owen, Dylan and AJ Wudkwych; his great grandchild Norah June Wudkwych; and his siblings, John Wudkwych (Anna Marie), Carol Serbak (late John) and Beverly Mellars (William). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
