It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Walker of Hickory, Pennsylvania, born in Muse, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 8, 2022, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vance McClelland and Jane Morgan Smith; her husband Wilbert H. Walker; and her siblings, Robert, Arthur, Vance, Paul Smith, Olive Ferrell and Elsie Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Ewing (Donald) of Bethel Park, Linda W. Smith of Mt. Lebanon, Janet Okarma (Jack) of Hickory and Dennis Walker (Diana) of Hickory; and her siblings, Richard Smith of Hickory and Roberta Farrar (Larry) of Columbia, TN. She is also survived by five granddaughters; a step grandson; seven great grandchildren; four step great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions be made to the Mt. Pleasant Twp.
