He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret "Marge" Kobertz Wagner; his daughters, Denise and Diane; his parents, Joseph Wagner and Julia Wagner; and his siblings, Elsie Tau (Harry), Joseph Wagner (Irma), Anna Smigiel (Frank), Helen Sumney (Jim), Mildred Friday (Jerry), John Wagner (Sophie) and Paul Wagner (Julia).
He is survived by: his children, Darlene Riker (Steve) of Washington and Darrin Wagner (Loi) of Hickory; his grandchildren, Kristen Caldwell (Eric) of Moundsville, Michael Wagner of Hickory and Kelly Siegman (Kyler) of Washington; his great grandchild Lucas Ryker Caldwell of Moundsville; his brother-in-law Richard Kobertz (Mildred); and his close friend Delores "Vic" Podolek. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
