He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel C. Forney and Ila L. Cummins Forney; his wife Janice A. Forney; and his brother James A. Forney. He is survived by: his children, Gail A. Pearson of Greene County, Gary L. Forney (Pam) of Hickory and Neil C. Forney (Kelley) of Myrtle Beach; his grandchildren, Jennifer F. Aardsma (Mark) of Champagne Il, Geoffrey L. Forney (Amber) of Vanderbilt, PA, Kurt A. Forney (Melissa) of Denbo, Carrie R. Carlson of Wintersville, NC and Erika J. Bookhardt of Greene County; and his great grandchildren, Nathan, Allison, Keira, Alex Aardsma, Graison, Andrew Forney, Kasi, Mayson, Katlyn, Matthew Forney and Sydni Carlson.
