He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Eutsey and Erma Jane Eutsey (Knopsnider); and his siblings, Nancy Eutsey-Fesh, Thomas Eutsey, John Eutsey and Reid Eutsey.
He is survived by: his daughter Mary Lancaster (George) of Redstone; his granddaughter Abigail Lancaster of Connellsville; his great grandchildren, Cali Anne, Euie Lee and Reid Jackson; his brothers, Gilbert Knopsnider (Judy), Frank Eutsey and Dewey Eutsey (Cathy); his sister-in-law Doris Eutsey; his niece Tina Lohr (James) of Vanderbilt; his great-nephew Paul Fesh; and his great-nieces, Tiffany Rossi (Nicholas), Candace Lohr, Cassandra Lohr and Roni Boyd (Gavin).
