He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles T. Putt and Betty Putt (French); and his brother Gary E. Putt. He is survived by: his wife Connie Briggs; his children, Traci D. Crisp (Trent Ippolito) of Huntingdon and Charles Todd Putt of Hesston; his grandchildren, Dustin Spaulding of Cincinnati, OH, Cody S. Crisp (Stephanie Coy), Corie E. Torres (Jon Torres) of Cleveland, NC and Caitlyn A. Crisp of Salisbury, NC; and his nephew Gary S. Putt (Cristie).
