He is survived by: his wife Cindy Miller (Hudak); his daughters, Rachel Golinsky (Mike), Sarah Miller and Hannah Miller; his grandsons, Jacob and Ryan Golinsky; and his siblings, Susan Moyer, Debbie Miller, Kathy Megan (Greg), Michael and Tommy Miller (Ann).
