We are sad to announce that on May 14, 2018, at the age of 82, Sally Hagan (Hershey, Pennsylvania), born in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Patrick Breslin; and her siblings, Patrick Breslin and Agnes O'Donnell. She is survived by: her parent Sarah Breslin (Ward); her husband Daniel J. Hagan; her daughters, Lynn Worth (John) of Atlanta, GA, Mary Hewson (Dave) of Hershey, Susan McGuire of Mountville, Patricia Seeley (Patrick) of Hummelstown and Karen Conrad (Dustin) of Elizabethtown; her sister Ann Marie McNally of Port St; and her grandchildren, Lucas Worth, David Hewson, McKenzie Hewson, John Henry McGuire, Abigail Seeley, Hagan Seeley, Logan Conrad and Jaycen Conrad.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions be made to: St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 359 W. Areba Ave., Hershey, PA 17033.
