He was predeceased by: his parents, David William and Elsie Niman Wilkins; and his brothers, David Wilkins and Raymond Wilkins. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Lee Franklin Wilkins; his children, Kelly Marie Engle (Jeff) of Manheim, Laura Lee Schickel (Ryan) of Manheim and Michael Stephen Wilkins (Cela) of Hummelstown; his grandchildren, Ashley Smith (Zach), Drew Engle (Lauri), Jake Wilkins, Ruby Snyder, Jareth Wilkins, Damion Shearer, Lily Schickel, Cole Schickel and Austin Schickel; his great grandchild Myla Smith; his former wife Darlene Wilkins-Mbugwa of Hummelstown; and his sisters, Delores Arnold of McClure and Joyce Plessinger (John) of Palmyra. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
