He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Sullivan Anzolut; his children, Richard "Rick" Anzolut, Jr. (Kim), Lauren McClure Harrisburg (Andy), Gayle Anzolut Wormleysburg and Joyce Coleburn (Billy); and his grandchildren, Vince Katherine, Caroline Katherine and Mary Katherine.

Memorial donations may be made to All Saints Episcopal Church.
