It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Newton G. Davis (Hershey, Pennsylvania), born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 27, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Ida J. Davis (Harland); his parents, Newton C. Davis and Virginia C. Davis (Gardner); his siblings, Robert Davis and Virginia Thorpe; and his grandson Matthew Bowman.
He is survived by: his children, Newton H. Davis (Sandra) and Julia Rishel (Terry) of Swatara Township; his siblings, Louise Smeigh, Gregg Davis and Richard Davis; his grandchildren, Jestine Myers (Clint), Jill Rishel (Andy Paul), Lauren Khaleghi-Davis (Ahad Khaleghi) and Nathaniel Davis; and his great grandchildren, Brian, Benjamin, Helena and Leila.
