He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Lillie Gwendolyn Nock Neff; and his significant other Mary Elizabeth Platt Neff. He is survived by: his sister Kathryn K. Neff Reich. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; numerous great-nieces and nephews.
