He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Welty and Martina Welty (Gangemi). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Welty (Humphreys); his son Seth Welty (Laura) of Northampton; his grandson Parker Welty; his sister Geri Phillips (Roger) of Elizabethville; his niece Chanda Ney; his great-nephew Mason Rodkey of Halifax; and his niece Jackie Ney (Jeff Tkach) of Allentown.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (212 Cocoa Ave, Hershey, PA 17033). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
