She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Summy and Dorothy Summy (Myers); her husband Kenneth H. Cook; and her son Kenneth M. Cook. She is survived by: her daughter Susan Stoner (Scott) of Palmyra; her grandchildren, Noah of Bernville, PA and Kaitlin of Dallas, TX; her daughters, Katherine Cook (Douglas Reed) of Hummelstown, PA and Priscilla Stoner (Tracey) of Palmyra; her grandsons, Ian of Brooklyn, NY and Nicholas of Palmyra, PA; her daughter-in-law Christine Cook; her granddaughters, Jennifer and Megan of Palmyra, PA.; and her sisters, Jane Myers (James) of New Stanton, PA, Alice Martin of Youngwood, PA and Nancy Findley (late Robert) of Latrobe, PA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
