He is survived by: his wife Helen Cuddy; his son Justin Douglas (Amy); his granddaughters, Anne and Beth; his stepdaughters, Megan and Diane; his sons-in-law, Blaine and Eric; his grandchildren, Wyatt and Avery; and his siblings, H. James Cuddy, Jr. and Margaret Anne Beebe.
