She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Julius Palmer Mills and Elizabeth Geraldine "Knappen" Mills; her siblings, Elizabeth Munley and Jerome Mills; her children, Eileen McGowan, Maria Fuddy (James), Michael McGowan (Michele) and Richard McGowan (Cynthia); her grandchildren, Brittany Dunkle (Matthew), Ashlyn Plunket (Thomas), Richard McGowan (DruAnn) and Kayleigh Boro (Nicholas); and her great grandchildren, Emilee and Brielle Dunkle.
