She was predeceased by: her parents, George Shettel and Pearl Shettel; her former husband Edward A. Bartlett; her husband Norman E. Hetrick; her stepsons, David R. Hetrick and Normal P. Hetrick; and her niece Carolyn Bartlebaugh.
She is survived by: her daughter Ann Korzeniewski (Greg); her granddaughter Nina Korzeniewski of Boulder, CO; her stepdaughters, Lora Hoffer (Lee), Diana Mariano and Mary Ellen Sellers (Joseph); and her stepdaughters-in-law, Patricia Hetrick and Sue Hetrick Legg. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
