She was predeceased by: her husband Richard P. Wortman, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Deb Hirsch (Tom), Richard P. Wortman III (Carole) and Kim Wortman (Troy); her grandchildren, Dawn Hirsch, Dustin Wortman, Shelby Gemberling, Cheyenne Cosgrave and Kira Parfitt (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Aiden Hirsch, Owen and Elliott Parfitt.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association , 2595 Interstate Drive, Suite 100 Harrisburg, PA 17110.
