He was predeceased by: his parents, Salim Audi and Jamilah Haj Ibrahim. He is survived by: his children, Osama M. Audi of Dubai, Ali M. Audi of Hershey, PA, Salim Audi of Dallas, TX, Salma Audi of London, England, Buthna Audi of Dubai and Nour Audi of Middletown, CT. He is also survived by two brothers, five sisters, and nine grandchildren.
