He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Macchioni and Anna Macchioni (Merlino); and his sister Linda Tanner. He is survived by: his wife Sandra A. Macchioni (Grubic); his children, Pamela Fry (Mark) of Terre Hill, Joseph Macchioni, II (Deb) of Grantville and Louis Macchioni (Mary) of Hummelstown; and his grandchildren, Hunter Fry and Erin Fry.
