He was predeceased by: his parent Conrad E. Sr.; his former wife Patricia Velter; and his daughter Tangie Lee Keller. He is survived by: his parent Anna M. Velter (Eshelman); his wife Sandra P. Velter (Murphy); and his stepdaughters, Cynthia M. King of Middletown and Kathy L. Shipkowski (Mark) of Middletown. He is also survived by Six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren as well as many loving nieces and nephews.
