It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Elaine Reffner (Hershey, Pennsylvania), born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 16, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Miriam Kanarr. She is survived by: her parent David Funk; her husband Robert M. Reffner, Sr.; her son Robert M. Reffner, Jr.; her significant other Carol Jordan of Waynesboro, VA; her brother David K. Funk (Glenda) of Fayetteville; and her close friends, Bob Thomas of Shippensburg and Penny Thomas of Shippensburg. She is also survived by her aunt and uncle.
