He was predeceased by: his father Robert E. Moats. He is survived by: his friends, Larry Atherton, Lonnie Sheeley and Bobby Kinter; his wife Debbie Kay Naylor; his daughters, Aimee M. Kiser (Shane M. Kiser), Alison R. McGahen (Wade McGahen) and Alexa C. Moats (Ryan J. Painter); his grandsons, Levi H. Kiser and Wyatt O. Kiser; and his brother Robert E. Moats.
