She was predeceased by: her parent Francis X. Downey; and her husband Russell C. Rickert. She is survived by: her parent Celia Gapinski Downey; her grandchildren, Jacqueline, Brenna, Evan Rickert, Tessia and Maura Bekelja; and her brother Andrew X. Downey.
