He was predeceased by: his parent James O'Connell; his siblings, Edward O'Connell, Joseph O'Connell and Helen O'Connell; and his nephews, Edward O'Connell and Frank O'Connell.
He is survived by: his parent Helen O'Connell (Whalen). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins as well as a sister-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions be made to St. Joan of Arc Church, 359 W. Areba Avenue, Hershey 17033.
