He is survived by: his wife Rayshiang; his children, Albert and Joyce; his son-in-law Tim Button; his granddaughter Meilin Grace Button; and his siblings, Fang-Mei Yeh, Mei-Sie Lee and Song-Maw Lin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
