She was predeceased by: her parents, Domingo Nieto and Dolly Nieto; her son Paul D. Szafran; and her siblings, Milly Brisky (George), Ann Bauer (Ray), Joe, Dan (Delores), Milan Gay (Delores) and Manny Nieto (Conncetta).
She is survived by: her son Tom; her daughter-in-law Cammy Szafran of AuTrain; her grandson Thomas Joseph Szafran (Jaime) of Utah; and her siblings, Rosie Nieto, Jimmy (Roma), Domingo (Kathy) and Louis Nieto (Karin). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
