She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Roethlein and Helen Roethlein (Herd); and her sister Elizabeth Kilgour. She is survived by: her children, Colleen Kadel, Greg Kadel and Melissa Kadel; and her grandchildren, Lindsay and Luke Abel (Gregory Kadel).
Due to COVID-19, Elaine's celebration of life will be private.
