He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward B. Lewis, Sr. and Dorothy L. Lewis (Rogers); and his wife Elsie E. Lewis (Curry). He is survived by: his children, Maureen E. Buckfelder of Hershey, Suzanne Wildman (Edward) of Hummelstown, Frederick Lewis of Manassas, VA and Lorraine Smith of Hershey; his grandchildren, Kathleen Sullivan (Kristian), Diana Seiger (Stephen), Jennifer Cook (Mark), Lisa Reist (Kole), Thomas Buckfelder, Ryan Smith, Edward Wildman II (Carolyn) and Christopher Wildman (Laura); and his sisters, Joanne Curry (Lewis) of Hershey and Kathleen Lewis of Hershey. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Joan of Arc Church.
