She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcolm Lucille and Adah Lucille (Wetzel); her husband Richard A. Spisak; and her siblings, Alvin Pifer, Sara Bottorf (Pifer), Malcolm Pifer, Kenneth Pifer, Nevin Pifer, Faye Cihlar (Pifer) and Gerald Pifer.
She is survived by: her children, Terrence M. Spisak (Suzanne) of Millersville, PA, Barbara A. Hubert (John) of Shippensburg, PA, David A. Spisak (Carol) of Charlotte, NC, Patricia L. Millen (Matt) of Durham, PA, Timothy R. Spisak (Malanie) of Moneta, VA and Steven M. Spisak (Kim) of Boiling Springs, PA. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
