He was predeceased by: his parent Annie Shaffer. He is survived by: his spouse Sandra L. Shaffer (Cauffman); his children, Stephanie Price (Wayne) of Mont Alto, PA, Lonnie Shaffer (Julie) of Fayetteville, PA and Donald Shaffer (Lee) of Fayetteville, PA; his grandchildren, Chase Shaffer, Wade Shaffer, Bo Scott and RiAnna Haines; his great grandchildren, Aiden Haines and Chloe Haines; and his sister Sally Greenwood of Mont Alto, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
