He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Gilmore and Lillian Gilmore (Stewart); and his siblings, Susan (Eddie), Nellie Singleton, Leon and Joseph (Maxine).
He is survived by: his wife Jessica Cornelia Gilmore (Richardson); his children, Danny C., Jr. (Tonya), Crystal Gilmore Harris (Muhlenberg Twp), Barbara Dancy and Collette Gilmore; his grandchildren, Chantelle Harris, Avery Price, Amari Gilmore and Isaiah Gilmore; his great grandchild Nyla Harris; his siblings, Bruce (late Marilyn), Dorothy Copeland (Willie), Diane Gilmore, Judy Nuss (Clarence), John (Patricia), Shirley Dabney, Jeff Gilmore, Larry (late Janice) and Joanne Farrah (Yusuf); his godchildren, Jeffrey Liggs, Erica Brown and Eric Veal; and his friend Louis Terry.
