He was predeceased by: his wife Edith McNamee Shuey; and his sister Marian S. Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Chester M. Shuey and Anna E. Balsbaugh Shuey; his sister Esther S. Eckenroth of Hummelstown; his nieces and nephews, Kathy Eckenroth, Janis Troutman (Jim), Patricia Moyer of Micco, FL, Douglas Johnson (Penny), Robert Johnson (Cara) and Herbert Johnson (Carson) of Falls, MS; his cousin Donald Gingrich of Hershey; and his friend Judy Schully of Hershey.
