He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Chango and Cicidia Chango (Celucci); his wife Helen Chango (Ridilla); and his close friend Roberta Cona. He is survived by: his son Robert J. Chango (Nancy); his granddaughters, Natalie Chango and Dr. Angela Chango-Holt (Christopher Holt); and his great grandchildren, Nathan, Eleanora and Maxwell Holt.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church (359 W Areba Ave, Hershey, PA 17033). A Mass was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions be made to either: Heart of the Parish Fund c/o St Joan of Arc Catholic Church or Leader Center for Active Life. Keep Carmen's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
