We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2020, at the age of 77, Billye Howard of Hershey, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Howard and Wanda Koons Howard; and her sister Judy H. Millwater (James Millwater) of Tampa, Florida.. She is survived by: her daughter Tracey; and her son-in-law Matthew Ford of Hershey.
